WHAT

what to wear for the training:

Winter season :  weather and individual depending, recommended waterproof trousers, jacket, gloves;  warm jumper, hat, trainers, dry clothes to get changed

Summer season: recommended gym outfit, dry clothes to get changed

We provide with all equipment for the training.

Always bring a bottle of water

There are changing facilities , no showers available at this time.
